JSF's set edisi lebaran is inspired by the dishes we grew up with; the same spread our mum and grandmum lovingly prepared every Eid back in Jakarta.

Chicken gently simmered in a light, creamy coconut gravy

Lontong Sayur
Rice cakes served with vegetables in a savoury coconut-based gravy

Rendang Daging
Slow-cooked beef in a rich blend of spices until tender and full of flavour

Sambal Telor Balado
Eggs coated in a bold, spicy balado sauce 

Ketupat
Traditional compressed rice cakes, the essential pairing that ties everything together.
